Grammar is one of the most basic things someone needs to learn in any language. Although,we can't deny its complexity. This lesson is consist of vital factors one must learn before teaching them to another.We need to take the difference between the sentence structure of a learner's mother tongue and English.This will help the learner to understand them better. I myself have a hard time explaining some of them so this lesson helped me a lot.Wow. This unit reminded me of what it is like to learn a language from scratch. Learning the IPA is a very basic building block i.e.,this letter produces this sound, and this letter produces that other sound. I actually had to Google IPA for a bit more info on pronunciation and sounds. Also interesting, and taken mostly for granted are the places of articulation. Something one never thinks about when speaking but a science in and of itself.
