It is very interesting focusing on a unit that only discusses the receptive skills, reading and listening. My teaching mainly focusses on the productive skills, speaking and writing. Today most people care about the productive part of language learning and neglects the receptive part mainly because of their environment. This unit reminds me of how important the receptive part of learning really is. It would be nice if there is a unit about the productive skills as well though.From this unit,I've known five main conditionals are as follows:zero conditional,first conditional,sencond conditional,third conditional and mixed conditional.I've learned about their forms,usages and typical mistakes or errors.Then I learned about the teaching idears about:split sentences,complete the conditional,chain conditionals,what a question,nuclear bunker role play,and what would happen if ,I also learned about the different forms from direct speech to reported speech.
