Most important part is to discern which material will meet the student's need the best. Analyzing the course material based on student's need and current teaching goal should be well balanced. Also, teacher is ought to compare, omit, supplement and replace the materials to adapt holistic teaching methods. Continuous Criteria check is a good way to keep up with the standard of teaching. Introducing various material in a interesting and motivating way is the key to have a successful teaching.
