Lesson plans should be detailed. They should include infomation about the class (like the level of the students and the lenght of the class) and what will be taught in the classroom. The lesson plan should be the guideline of the outline of the lesson, but as a teacher you should be flexible.
It is important to think about how to use the books in the classroom. Sometimes exercises can be left out. It is als important to adapt the books to the local context, to make them more relevant.
Classroom control can be managed in different ways, like keeping up the pace of the lesson and moving the children in to different groups all the time.
