This unit helps me to see the importance of managing a class well. Taking into consideration students personalities, age and nationalities, will help me decide how best to pair them for class activities, be it in a small pairing setting or a bigger group pairing setting. Also due to a variety of reasons it can be quite challenging to handle students with behaviour problems, especially young learners. Hence the unit has some helpful points on how best to handle disciplinary issues.This unit was the last unit of the course. The troubleshooting unit.
