The unit addressed the five conditions of speech; zero condition, first condition, second condition, third condition, mixed condition. All conditions begin with 'if' and have a consequence based on the 'if.'
Along with conditions, the unit explained reported and direct speech. Direct speech being conversation that one hears directly or is a part of. Reported speech is when the conversation is being reported at the present time or being reported to someone else at a later time.This unit made me very excited to get into the classroom. It helped me process getting started with different groups of learners. I was nervous before because I have only taught at the high school level for the most part. It allows me to see the different options of teaching in Spain. I know that i will need to review this unit before I get started in the classroom. It offered a lot of options and ways to examine the classroom before all of the lesson planning really gets started.
