This section gives good examples of lessons structures and idea of what to do during those structures. There are many useful and interesting game ideas, as well as more interactive study methods for the students.
When and how often to correct students is a very delicate thing. The best is when the student can correct themselves but has just spoken too quickly to think of all the grammar. I will be using the correction ideas in my current lessons.Unit 9's topic of Lesson Planning covered a helpful and flexible subject that all teachers should do. The fact that there is no one set yet to design a lesson plan might intimidate some people, but the Unit eases that worry by providing not only an example of a lesson plan, but an example of activities to be included in the lesson plan as well. The ESA lesson structure first introduced in Unit 3 was revisited, refreshing our memory on the subject.
