I think this unit is the most useful one until now. I learned about different aspect of classroom management, like how to arrange the students in the classroom, how to group them, how to use effectively eye contact, gesture and voice, how to give effective instructions and individual attention to students, how to keep the teacher talking time under a minimal limit, how to maintain discipline. After studying this unit, I understood that classroom management is much more than just as set of rules, rewards, and consequences. Teachers need to consider carefully every aspect of their classrooms - from how to arrange the students in the classroom to how to minimize behavioral issues.But I feel that the most important aspect of classroom management is building a good relationship with the students. That is because I believe that students work harder for teachers they like and respect. I often asked myself this question: \"How do I get the students to like and respect me?\" Now I know that the most important thing is to like and respect them first.
