Two different lessons about the same grammar point and the difference was huge. In the first video I was feeling bad for the students and embarrassed for the teacher. I have had teachers like that and all you feel is confusion and uninterest. The second lesson was much easier to watch and understand and it showed how how much the teachers attitude can help the lesson. It looked like they all had fun learning and teaching and I think that is really important.Receptive and productive skills are equally important. Students need to learn how to speak and write. Teaching of writing is often neglected because most people are more concerned with learning how to speak. Writing is a very important skill. Writing can be very difficult to teach and learn, especially when people don't like using class time to learn because it is considered a \"quiet\" lesson. This unit gave a lot of information and great ideas for lessons.
