this unit explains how a teachers attitude can have a positive and negative classroom effect. ?n ESA demonstration class 1 was a display of arrogance,improper communication pattern and inability to care about the learners need.there was a complete separation of teachers and students.In demonstration class 2,we saw a presentation of a great atmosphere for learning.teachers acknowledged students learning level and it was clear that he had a good lesson planning and applied the ESA approach effectively.This unit helped as an introductory unit to speaking and writing or productive skills. I felt the unit could have been more extensive and offered more examples, ideas for teaching these skills as well as common errors and things to consider in the classroom. Overall very useful and helpful information and I think with practical experience in the classroom I will be able to apply this knowledge better and adapt a teaching style that is flexible with each student but also easy for myself as the teacher.
