I found this unit very intresting. I have worked with children before so I know a lot about how to handle a childrens class. What I did not know was how to teach a business english class. I was a bit nervous about that before I began reading this unit but when I read that part I felt more comfortable. I am not there to teach them about how to do their work, I am there to help them with the english needed to be able to to the work they want.Unit 6 introduces some of the methods of presenting a new language to the students. It gives us information on how to choose the right vocabulary, introduce new grammatical structures and functions of the language to the language learners. I find it useful to know what types of activities can be used at different stages of the class (Engage, Study, Activate). I will definitely use some of the suggested patterns and activities from the unit.
