Like other Units before this, Unit 19 was thoroughly enjoyable and educational. I was sure to properly attempt the practise questions provided at the end of the unit to properly test my understanding of the module, and indeed ensure whether or not I was ready to take the test. This proved extremely beneficial as I was able to go back to the Course material, make necessary corrections and then proceed with the test.
The skills and knowledge in teaching special groups provided in this unit are some that I will certainly be utilising throughout my teaching career!Using the right amount of writing and speaking sills along with incorporating reading and listening skills will provide my future students with a well rounded nd balanced classroom atmosphere that will lend to a better understanding of the English language. Stressing reading and speaking over listening and writing will lead to an unbalance within the classroom and lead to the students struggling to become fully fluent in this language. I will do my best to understand where my students struggle and help them to accomplish their goals in all four of these areas.
