Looking into the essence of teaching a new language to someone, the unit expresses the different steps to take to achieve success in teaching them. The unit breaks down the proper way to introduce vocabulary, grammatical/language structure and language functions (such as inviting, agreeing etc). It also talks about how certain lessons will follow certain teaching patterns, not all being \"straight arrow\" or patchwork, but a combination of several. I felt that the lesson properly laid out the steps on how to approach the English language from a foreign perspective, allowing me to truly personalize my lessons in the future.
