I have learnt about the possible ways of introducing new grammar and vocabulary. When selecting new vocabulary we should consider its appropraicy to the students and tasks, frequency and teachability. It is also important to know that students will need to learn the meaning, use, interaction, spelling and pronunciation of the vocabulary item. Introduction of new grammatical structures is determined by the level of the class, and students need to know the meaning, use, what the grammatical form is and how it is said and written. I have also learnt about suitable activities for each lesson stage.
