This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 20 was based on troubleshooting. This unit was fairly easy to understand and very straightforward on how to solve difficult situations. It taught me what to include in the first lesson plan and how to build a rapport with the students and learn about their needs and aspirations. I learned about what warmers are used for. They are short, fun, communicative activities to get the students motivated. I also learned how to teach larger classes and ways to teach students at different levels, as well as making the classes more interesting and find ways to make students participate in the classroom.
