This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Good lesson. I like that we used the Boomerang ESA lesson as opposed to the traditional straightarrow. Good list of advantages vs disadvantages of using a course book. Great use of examples, I think I would feel more comfortable in the beginning using the course book with a mix of my own authentic or created materials.
I don't particularly like/understand how in the quiz section for all the ESA lessons, the questions focus on first or second \"part\" of a phase (ex Study or activate). I don't recall any distinction on the different parts in any of the previous lessons and that is why I have been confused doing the quizzes, because it does not reflect the lesson material. If the quiz questions are going to be specific about part 1 or 2 of a phase, then one of the lessons should provide a similar example. It's easier to relate to an example from the already existing lessons.
