This unit provides a good overview about lesson-planning, explaining its multiple functions and how to write one. As suggested in the unit, it is important for the teacher to have a plan as well as a record of the activities he/she will be doing in class: this is helpful for the phase preceding the lesson (so that the teacher has an idea of what to do or has done previously), for the lesson itself (the teacher can always refer to it while teaching) and for the phase after the lesson (for future reference, comparison, record, etc.). I found quite helpful also the template of lesson-planning as well as a few exercises on grammar points. It's always good to get some extra ideas for future activities!
