Maintaining a class room is its own form of art. A teacher has many goals all existing at once, the main goal naturally being to impart knowledge. However in order to do this, it is necesarry to create a proper environment that is both welcoming but also free of disciplinary problems. It is also a balance of making sure the entire class understands the lesson along with ensuring students that need individual help get the assistance they need. Picking the correct arrangement based on the size of the class and the students its composed of can be tricky and we need to know how to go about such a task.
