This unit had explained the main grammatical rules in English in a clear and simple manner. The examples for each part of speech had given me ideas on illustrating the rules to my students. I especially appreciate the examples on some commonly confused part of speech or rules, for example, the difference between possessive pronoun and possessive adjective. Since we generally would not consider a word's part of speech as we converse in English, we would often omit the fact that these precise terms may be essential for people learning English as a secondary language. Therefore, denoting some common confusions would help us realize the mistakes our students would possibly make and provide suitable guidance.
