Unit3
I could get two important insights on this lesson. First, ESA system. This is made of Engage, Study, Activate and those parts include essential process of student's acquiring English. So, this system enable teachers to construct classes easily, with given variety of teaching methods on this unit. Second, I have found the need to consider \"correction\". Till I studied the correction section, I did not know that correction should be minimized. I have got knowledge that teachers should give a chance learners to discover their mistakes because students might forget corrections if teachers give them right answers just after they made mistakes.
Largely, this unit has given me a number of teaching methods and idea. When I construct classes where learners can keep their motivation, I would look back on this unit again.
