So far this has been my favorite unit. While I was studying for my Bachelors Degree, I took a class in Training and Development and we covered many similar topics. At the end of the course, we had to put together a training regime and present it to the class, leading with an ice breaker and maintaining the class' attention. We used many of the classroom management techniques discussed. Since it was a smaller class, we organized them into groups and personalized the activities. I think that one way a teacher can use their physical presence and voice within a classroom is by starting off every lesson positive, confident, and fun. I also think that there is not a \"best\" way for seating arrangements within a classroom, as it depends largely on different factors such as how many students there are and what type of course it is.
