I learned about managing class and that time I realized that an important thing of class is also how I customize the classes, As well as how to teach effectively, and how students should follow teachers well which I?ve overlooked in that.
I learned I shouldn?t miss the delicate parts such as eye contact, gesture and the voice etc.
It can have an influence on students learning process. The advantage of eye contact was the interesting part for me.
In particular, eye contact enables to maintain discipline and that was the reason I was interested in, and I think it will help to establish a good rapport.
