The content of this unit focused on the management of a classroom; from the phyical aspect of management, such as classroom arrangements, to the interactive and actual management and relationships between the teacher and students. From this unit I have learnt ways of increasing Student Talk Time and reducing Teacher Talk Time which is a simple but crucial way of giving students more opportunities to practice speaking in class, and also a way to build good rapport with the students. I've also learnt the importance of classroom arrangements based on class size, and how to make the classroom more intimate and comfortable for students' learning. Every aspect of this unit is crucial in the efficient and effective management of a classroom.
