This unit covers the different methodologies of teaching, as well as thoroughly going into the ESA method, which is the preferred method. It also discusses different examples of teaching activities, and about how to correct students' mistakes.
It has been very interesting looking at these methods, both from my own limited experience of learning a language when I was at school, and from my teaching experience. It has also been extremely useful reading about different examples of activities at the engage, study and activate stages, and makes me feel much more confident about teaching English in the future.
