Basically the content of this unit featured the productive skills, which are (i) speaking and (ii) writing. Also, the unit gave reasons as to why two persons may communicate. The differenced between accuracy and fluency were stated, while listing speaking activities in a classroom.
Furthermore, the unit looked at numerous techniques that can be used to encourage interaction between students in a classroom, while outline a typical free creative speaking and writing lesson along with their respective guidelines.

I am now aware of reasons to why students may be reluctant to speak in the classroom, such as simply cultural reasons. And knowing techniques that I can used in my classroom to encourage interaction such a careful planning, group-work, pair-work or simply changing my classroom dynamics.
