The videos gave excellent examples of what a teacher should and should not do in the classroom. The second video gave a clear example of what is expected of a teacher in the classroom. By having a positive attitude and by encouraging the students in the class to get involved, the teacher was able to facilitate a fun yet thorough lesson. In the first video, the teacher's clear lack of a positive attitude led to overall negative atmosphere in the classroom. Thus, the students were uninterested and afraid to participate. Overall, this unit has taught me that the attitude of the teacher will go a long way in how a lesson will play out.
