There are many different kinds of teaching methods that have been used from the past to the present. Each one has its merits, however ESA has stood out amongst the others. However even within ESA, variation is acceptable in order to remain flexible and help teach students from a variety of backgrounds. It is important to keep teaching engaging to students, but also maintain a level of control over the class. Doing this too rigidly can result in problems.
