This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
In this unit we've learned about the present tense and it's four structures, it's forms, it's usage and sample activities to apply in the activate stage of our lesson. This lesson was challenging to me. I am a non-native speaker of english but i've been using the language since my early childhood and i attended 16 years of school where english was the main language used when teaching except when the subject was history or national language in which we use our native language. It was shocking to me when i came across the list of common mistakes of students, looking at the short sentence presented \" I am working every day\" i couldn't pinpoint the mistake in the sentence! i know that i have used this sentence countless times myself, all along thinking that this sentence was grammatically correct. I've finished this unit but i know i still need to further learn more about tenses.
