I found this unit particularly useful because of the list of the major external exams taken by English learners. In the past I have met a variety of students preparing for several exams bough I wasn't aware of the differences between them or exactly what the various anagrams referred to. After reading this unit I am now more knowledgeable about this. Furthermore the definitions of different exams e.g. Placements test, diagnostic test are also useful. My current workplace doesn't have a placement test and I plan to discuss this with the school's boss in the near future as I feel it is a necessity for any language school.
