Teachers should be aware of using different techniques and activities when teaching specific groups such as beginners, young learners and business students. When teaching beginners, teachers should not over-correct students and we should praise and encourage them for motivation. When teaching young learners, we shouldn't be inconsistent because children are very sensitive to unfairness. When teaching business students, we should give them a \"needs analysis\" after initially testing the level of the students. This is normally a questionnaire to be filled by both the teacher and the business student to identify specific objectives of the course.
