This unit was simple but important. we learned about the many classroom tools that are needed to be an effective teacher and classroom. there are chalk/white boards, interactive whiteboards, overhead projectors, and worksheets. these are all helpful to aid visually. There are also many audio devices that are helpful. Cassettes, Videos, dvds. There are also computers that are doing wonders both in audio, and visually for students. Lastly, there are several resource and reference books that have been a really helpful tool and always will be. I strongly believe in supplementary resource books. They helped me a lot when I was learning a new language and I needed extra grammar and vocabulary books outside of my basic texts. Of course, then there is the dictionary, always a great tool and all classrooms should have one!
