To be able to evaluate a student is a sensitive and hard work, because we not only have to know their level, but we have to be able to take everything from them, a mean, all the knowledge they have from English language. We need to be creative, and perceptive in every detail, because the classroom atmosphere, the relation with the teacher, with the whole class will make the evaluation great or fail in evaluate the student. To learn how to evaluate them in different way is a powerful source, and have our mind open for a different, creative and dynamic approach to really know their level, and get from it all they can give, is hard and need a huge effort from us teachers. We should be really engage with our job and with our students to see a good result from this.
