I learnt that in order for a teacher to be good manager of his/her class they need to establish rapport between themselves and their students. Therefore, a teacher need to set the rules from day one when they meet with their class or classes so that the students will get a full understanding of what their teacher stands for. I understand that there are different ways in which students can be placed in order for learning to take place. This can be done based on individual learning or group learning. I also understand that students learn at different pace and time. This can take place in individual work or group work.
