Tt is important that as an ESL teacher we use all the tools available to us. Not relying too heavily on a small group of tools helps bring variety to the classroom and maintain the students interests. As ever the board is still the main thing in this classroom. This unit gives a solid overview of the IWB - Interactive White Board - a new fangled invention that apparently creates beautiful experiential learning experiences. I think it must be like a computer inside of a white board. Moving on, we also reviewed many other teaching tools that I remmember from my school days. Now that I look at them from the point of view of a prospective teacher rather than from the eyes of the student, I see many of them in a whole new light, especially the OHP.
