Unit 19 is about teaching special groups; the different skills required in teaching these more specialized groups such as beginner, individual (one to one), young and adult, business English and monolingual versus multilingual learners. It covers the \"do\" and \"don't\"s, advantages and disadvantages, tips, common problems and the things to consider when teaching these groups. I've learnt how to tailor make courses to suit a group of students, i.e. Business English, by using a needs analysis form, to conduct a mid-course evaluation and to have a post course evaluation to further improve, if needed, my syllabus and teaching course.
