Unit 8 provided a key review of the future tenses: future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous, and \"going to\". I feel like I have learned how to better categorize these types of future tenses if I saw a future tense example at random. A reason for this is that unit 8's usage breakdowns for each tense were very clear and concise so I had an easy time using these usages to define the sentence examples. It was also helpful to learn that future simple is used for predictions without present evidence and that the \"going to\" tense is based on present evidence. It cant be seen the unit 8's demonstration of the future tense categories has increased my understanding of the English language so that I can be a greater benefit to learners.
