This unit is relatively straightforward, giving an overview of basic materials and resources used in the classroom. The books to look up, and online resources and websites are the most valuable takeaway from this UNIT and I will pour over them in depth. My school does not have a resource room and basically gave me just one book to use for the entire school year which is entirely too difficult for the students to use in any real capacity. I am slowly building my own cabinet of resources and hopefully keeping clear records of the things I have used as well as what activities have worked well and different will continue to groom me as an effective language teacher.
