All teachers, at some point, will surely be required to teach particular groups of students (beginners, individual students, children, company students needing Business English). These specialized groups can require specific skills and particular attention. Anyway, it is always necessary for the teachers to know who they will be dealing with in order to identify their specific needs and how to proceed. Personally, I find teaching children to be very rewarding due to their curiosity and willingness to learn. On the other hand, the most complicated are the company courses due to the mixed level of the students and to attendance issues.
