Unit 20 covers some of the most common problems that teachers may encounter in the classroom such as multi-level or large classes, reluctant students, and the use of the student?s native tongue. Teaching English as a Second Language presents a large number of unique difficulties and challenges so the list of the problem situations and the ways of dealing with them were very useful. The whole course was very well designed and covered all areas necessary for the English teacher to enter a classroom with the confidence.
