This unit says about modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. Modals and passive voice don't make me any troubles. The most important things that students should understand are usage and correct tense. If teacher will pay enough attention at this there should not be any problems with passive voice as well as with modals. Phrasal verbs are a little bit difficult at understanding of its usage. So the best that teacher can do is just use phrasal verbs during the conversation freely. It will help students to be familiar with phrasal verbs and hopefully they will start using them themselves in a different context.
