This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit four covers the four present tenses of the English language: the present simple, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous tenses. Explanations of each tense include not only their formation, but their different usages as well. As the first strictly verb focused lesson of this course, unit four prompted me to review grammar constructs that I had otherwise not given much conscious thought to. I believe that I have benefited greatly from examining the common student errors covered in this unit. Being aware of these errors in advance will allow me to anticipate them in the classroom and prepare clear explanations ahead of time.
