This unit focused on a variety of problems a teacher can encounter, ranging from the very first class to differing levels in students' abilities. This unit wrapped up a lot of the loose ends of the whole program, such as how to maintain large classroom or gain rapport with the students. While these all may seem like small pointers, they can make the largest difference in the attitude of the class , the relationship with students, and how much encouragement the students maintain. If a teacher starts off their time with students by throwing grammar lesson, it will set a bad impression for the rest of the year.
