This unit covers how words can be pronounced properly and how the pronunciation of words in different ways could give different meanings to a sentence.The first part is about intonation. intonation has to do with the variation or changing of volume when speaking. so we realise that the way you change your tone or the volume when you are speaking will give a different meaning to the sentence.other aspect about phonology is stress. stress has to do with putting more emphases on a particular word in a sentence. A sentence could have different meanings depending on on which word is being stressed.This unit also covers the phonetic alphabet. many words are not pronounced the way he are being spelled. so we always have to master the phoenixes to able to get the right pronunciation of words
