This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit talked about the teaching productive skills which are; speaking and writing. They are equally important but I believe that speaking is much easier than writing because English is not a phonetic language. This speaking part of the lessons are going to be easier than the writing parts, because from my experience most people don't really want to write because it takes more thinking capacity and preparing then what it takes to speak. Spelling, vocabulary, punctuation and grammar all have to be taken into account when writing, so you need to pay more attention to those skills. Involves having more patience and preparation time, and revision time.
