Lesson planning has an important role in the lesson. It is like the skeleton of a lesson. The flexibility of lesson plan is like our muscles and tendons. I appreciate the example of lesson plan which is always put in the ESA stage for me to revise. So I have a clear and solid concept that what kind of activities I should design in Engage Stage(Brief discussion about the topic of today), Study stage (Exercises of the topic of today) and Activate Stage (Let's the student to complete class work or group works to evaluate that they understand the lesson or not, so teachers can check we are done the aid of today or not also). Thank you for the clear description in this unit. I have a much clear concept on applying the ESA stage in the lessons.
