This lesson was about the present tense system. I felt that this lesson was very informative. For instance I learned that when you give directions you should do this using the simple present. I have noticed that when I teach classes my students have difficulty using correct grammar when giving directions. This is something I will point out to my students in the future. I also learned that some good activities for teaching tenses. Surveys I think are very helpful tool when teaching the present tense whether it's simple or present continuous. I feel I have a better understanding of this type of grammar, and now I understand why my students make certain mistakes.
