The unit covers forms and usage of conditionals and reported speech. As for the conditionals, the main cases are presented - zero, first, second, third and mixed - together with representative examples. The concept of reported speech is well introduced with the main \"back-shifting\" rules as for verbs as well as other parts undergoing changes when being reported, such as adverbs of place and time, pronouns. Reported speech is a complex field and I appreciated the remark about the \"golden rule\" and slow introduction of various elements and categories when teaching. Last but not least, teaching ideas for both conditionals and reported speech make a great starting point when preparing a lesson.
