In this unit, we have learned about the different managing techniques that a teacher can apply in the classroom. We also learned about the number of things a teacher can use to help classroom management. The different ways to group students was also tackled in this unit. as well as classroom arrangements and classroom management issues. Behavior problems in the classroom could not be avoided so we also learned how to deal with this problems effectively.
In this unit, i have learned that managing a class could ba a daunting task as to there are so many factors to be considered when grouping students or arranging seat plans not to mention enforcing discipline inside the classroom.
