Unit 17 is about equipment and teaching aids. It starts from the most important and should be available in all classrooms, the board. The utilization of the board in the classroom can affect learning process so it should be dealt with wisely like putting columns for vocabularies and grammar. Other equipment and teaching aids include IWBs, worksheets, cassettes, video camera and the like. Teachers need to be familiar with all of these and utilize them to the extent that they could enhance the teaching and learning experience. In my case, I've been struggling how to use the board effectively but now it seems that I know what to do in my next class. This unit is helpful for me.
