In this unit, types of classes and how to teach those particular types of classes where taught. I found it particularly useful learning about the advantages and disadvantages of teaching multilingual and monolingual groups. The classes I currently teach are all monolingual and I now see the importance of learning about their culture and language background when considering the topics for the classes and how to teach new vocabulary and grammar.
I always enjoy seeing a lesson plan in the test sections also. This allows me to understand more about the structing of lessons which was taught in a previous unit. This allows me to link the knowledgefrom those classes to these lessons.
